In the main meeting room is the communal sitting area which has a wood-burning stove surrounded by a number of cozy chairs. We keep a basket of logs by the woodburner and additional firewood in the stables. The meeting room has a large dining table, pews, and some additional tables and chairs which are normally kept folded away.
The small meeting room is adjacent to the main meeting room and contains a number of pews and a music stand.

Most faeries can sleep on foam mattresses spread across the two large rooms - one of which has the main kitchen in the corner. There are three raised beds in one of the smaller rooms for those with access needs. Everyone will need to bring your own sleeping bags, bed linen and pillows.

There’s space for camping in the burial ground with a limited number of flat areas between gravestones. The venue suggests that at most 5 people camp, bringing the total maximum overnight occupancy to 25, but that will reduce the outdoor space available.
We’re asking faeries if possible to avoid coming in vans/campers as parking is limited with space on a small lay-by at the side of a single country road - ideally we’ll reserve this for cars so we can easily go on day trips!

The main kitchen is in the corner of the main meeting room and contains an electric cooker and hob, kettle, microwave, fridge, and freezer. We provide crockery, jugs, cutlery, pots and pans suitable for groups of up to 20. The schoolroom also contains a small kitchen with a kettle for making hot drinks.
There is no wifi on site. Mobile phone coverage can be variable.
There are two toilets on site. One is ensuite to the schoolroom, and the other is a short walk across the burial ground from the two meeting rooms. There is one shower in the stables.
After staying at Pardshaw Quaker Centre, please ensure you leave all the indoor spaces clean and tidy ready for the next group. We provide a clearing up checklist to help you make sure all clear-up tasks have been done.

We are encouraging faeries to ride share or travel by public to this gathering due to the limited parking.
Parking space for up to four small cars is just off the main road, and right outside the front door.
There is a charging point for electric vehicles, with a 13A plug (you will need your own adaptor). If you are charging your vehicle, please make an additional contribution to cover the cost of the electricity you use.
