The best way to get there on public transport is to get a train to Penrith, and then the X4/X5 bus to Cockermouth (about 1 hour 15 minutes). Pardshaw is about 4 miles south of Cockermouth, or about a 5-10 minutes drive.
It’s possible to cycle from Cockermouth to Pardshaw, but walking is not recommended due to the lack of a footpath on a busy road.
The nearest bus stop to Pardshaw Quaker Centre is Oakhurst Garden Centre, which is on the X5 bus route. Other buses stop at Cockermouth Main Street.
Other train stations nearby are Carlisle, Workington and Maryport.
